Self-employed Administrative Support Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a self-employed administrative assistant to support the work of the Birmingham eLearning Foundation.
BeLF is a Charity, working in partnership with schools, parents and sponsors so that ALL pupils have access to the latest technologies both at home and at school.
The vacancy is for 12 hours (ideally 4 mornings) per week at £10 – £12 per hour depending on experience. The role is based at home and at BeLf’s offices at The Exchange in Moseley, Birmingham, supporting the charity’s small team.
The main responsibility of the role will be to liaise with BeLF’s team members, the board and other contractors to ensure the maintenance and smooth running of funds collection.
This would suit a highly organised, IT literate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a small team.
Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport are essential as visits to schools are an integral part of this role.
